Guidelines

Please read carefully before booking an appointment.

All appointments are by phone only. The time zone is PST/PDT/ Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Please be assured that connection to Spirit via phone is the same as in-person appointments.

My intention is always to provide comfort, insight, and healing during a reading. Remember that the Spirit world often will provide what we need and not always what we want. I also have no control over what Spirit(s) may or may not come through but please trust that whatever Spirit(s) and/or messages you receive are meant for you at that time.

A willingness to answer “ yes” or “no” or “ I don’t know” as I give you the information is key to keeping the energy moving forward and that you understand the information that I am providing.

I have personally found that clients who bring positive energy, openness, and some degree of vulnerability often have the best readings.

If you are newly grieving please know my heart is with you. Everyone grieves in their unique way so please make sure you give yourself enough time to heal before booking a reading. The grieving process is not always linear and I would not want to cause any unnecessary pain if you have a reading before you are ready.

I am not a medical professional and cannot make any type of diagnosis.

Alcohol and recreational drugs do have an effect on your energy that will impact me and my ability to read clearly for you. Please refrain from using either of these at least 24 hours before your reading. Please do NOT stop taking any of your regularly medically prescribed medications.

No medium can guarantee a connection to Spirit. There may be a chance that our energy is not a match. Please know if this happens I will let you know within the first 5-10 minutes of the reading and refund your money. Also, you as the client have the same chance to let me know if you feel our energy isn’t a match within the first 5-10 minutes of the reading and request a refund. However, if you do not voice your concern and it is past 10 minutes into the reading there will be no refund given. Lastly, if you have booked a 2-person reading please know there is a chance that only one person may receive a reading as I have no control over whose loved one(s)may or may not come through.

Claudette will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment using the phone number you provide in your online booking. If you don’t answer, if possible, I will leave you a voicemail or a text message. If within 10 minutes from the start of your scheduled appointment, I do not hear back from you, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds are given for no-show appointments. If you are late, which can and does happen, we can still go ahead with your session but I will not be able to do the full 45 minutes.

Please note all appointments require pre-payment to book and secure your appointment time with me.
